This Privacy Policy describes how hossam sherraa ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the iOS application Ai Homework Helper: Scan Solve (Bundle ID: GoldenBlue.QuestionAi) and website scansolveapp.com.
2. Camera & Image Processing
When you scan a worksheet or import a photo from your library, the image is securely transmitted to our optical character recognition (OCR) and question-solving service solely to return answers and explanations to your device. Saved question history is stored locally on your device or in your personal cloud backup if enabled. We do not sell user photos or personal study materials to third parties.
3. Diagnostics & Analytics
We collect anonymized crash logs and basic performance telemetry (such as iOS version and device model) to fix bugs and improve recognition speed.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
All in-app subscriptions and payments are processed directly by Apple via StoreKit. We never receive or store your credit card or Apple ID billing details.
5. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal contact details from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted personal data, please contact us at hello@scansolveapp.com so we can remove it promptly.
